HR Advisor
-South East Region - Based in Brixton
-Permanent | Up to £43,000 DOE

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Regional HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support across sites in Brixton and the wider South region. You'll work closely with operational leaders to embed strong HR practices, ensure compliance, and champion a positive, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on HR policy, employee relations, and performance management
• Support formal processes (disciplinary, grievance, etc.)
• Coach managers on effective people management
• Lead recruitment processes and temporary staffing coordination
• Maintain HR systems and generate key people metrics
• Coordinate apprenticeships and training activities
• Support engagement initiatives and diversity programmes

What You'll Bring

• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred
• Solid understanding of UK employment law
• Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills
• A professional, flexible approach and attention to detail
