This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll work closely with managers across the business, providing practical HR support, navigating employee relations challenges, driving engagement initiatives and helping shape a positive workplace culture.

If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making a genuine impact, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle, including:

  • Leading and supporting employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases.
  • Coaching stakeholders to build confidence and capability in people management.
  • Supporting onboarding and induction processes to create a positive employee experience from day one.
  • Maintaining accurate HR systems, records and employee data.
  • Supporting payroll and absence reporting processes.
  • Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.

We're keen to speak with HR professionals who:

  • Have previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar generalist HR role.
  • Are confident managing employee relations cases and supporting managers.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification or are working towards one.
  • Communicate effectively and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Have a genuine passion for people, culture and employee engagement.

You'll have the opportunity to:

✅ Build strong relationships across the business
✅ Develop your employee relations and business partnering expertise
✅ Get involved in meaningful people projects
✅ Influence employee engagement and workplace culture
✅ Join a business that values its people function and encourages development
