At Adaptable Recruitment we are delighted to be working with a well-established Liverpool business who are looking to recruit a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to support their busy, high-performing team. Location: Liverpool (Full-Time, Office-Based)
Immediate Start
Salary: £28,000
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm


Main Responsibilities to Include:

  • Managing a mix of inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Dealing with queries professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
  • Following up on enquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and internal databases
