Administrative Assistant - Financial Services

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 (pro rata for part-time) and company performance bonus
Hours: Full-time or minimum 25 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We are working with a well-established financial services business in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join their small, close-knit and very supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You'll play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, within a collaborative and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support across the business

  • Diary management and meeting coordination

  • Preparing documentation and correspondence

  • Handling client and third-party enquiries

  • Supporting operational tasks with strong attention to detail

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, organised and confident taking initiative

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and adapting to new systems
